Dukkah is a deliciously aromatic blend of nuts, seeds & spices. It is superb tossed through salads, used as a rub over lamb, chicken and steak, and as a crumb for fish.

Toss through rice, sprinkle over feta & olive oil, or blend into a dip with yoghurt, cream cheese or avocado.

For a taste sensation dip some sourdough bread into a good olive oil and then into Dukkah.
